Return Policy

30-Day Claim Window
Any claim for misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost-in-transit items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (for lost packages, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date).

To start a claim, email us at support@allnames.store with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and let you know the next steps.


Return Address
If a physical return is required, we’ll send a prepaid label. Ship only to the facility address printed on your packing slip—this address varies by order. Packages sent elsewhere or without an approved claim will be refused.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, misprinted, or incomplete so we can make it right.


Items We Can’t Take Back
Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color choices. Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.


Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest option is to place a new order once your defect claim is approved and refunded.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers may cancel within 14 days, but this right applies only to misprinted, damaged, or defective goods because our products are personalized and produced on demand.


Refunds
We’ll notify you when we’ve inspected your return or approved your lost-package claim. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary). If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@allnames.store.
